An extraordinary culinary experience has been announced by Brisbane’s multi-award winning Emporium Hotel and one of the country’s finest restaurants in Tartufo, headed by the famed owner-chef Tony Percuoco.

Launching exclusively on June 15, The Emporium Epicurean Adventure combines a luxury overnight experience at the hotel, with an afternoon Cooking Masterclass with Percuoco, before cocktails in the stunning Emporium Hotel Cocktail Bar and then the evening at Tartufo dining at Percouco’s Chef’s Table on a custom-created degustation menu.

This unique package offers a culinary journey like no other, framed beautifully by the stunning Emporium Hotel, recently winning Best Luxury Accommodation at the 2012 Australian Tourism Awards, and hosted by Tony Percuoco at Tartufo, hatted again at the 2013 Good Food Guide Awards.

“An intimate Masterclass with a true master and gentlemen in Tony Percuoco, followed by a degustation dinner is an experience of a lifetime,” said Emporium Hotel General Manager, Mr Peter Savoff. “Combine this with luxury accommodation at the hotel and a very limited, intimate number attending and we have created a true gourmet traveller experience,” he said.

The first Emporium Epicurean Adventure will take place on June 15 – with very limited places available. (Next event held on Saturday 24 August 2013).

The experience includes overnight accommodation at Emporium Hotel in a luxury King Spa Suite, Valet Parking, an afternoon Masterclass cooking experience with Tony who will share his expertise and tips in the setting of his distinguished restaurant, Tartufo and to conclude the culinary adventure, Tartufo’s degustation menu with premium wines to match each course – at $595 per couple.
