Captivating Canterbury

Captivating Canterbury

What a beautiful time of year to be visiting the Canterbury region of New Zealand’s South Island. My journey so far has taken me from Christchurch to Lake Tekapo, with stop offs in Geraldine, Temuka, Timaru and more.

I’ve had an absolute ball meeting some wonderful people and seeing such a diverse range of sights. The terrain is beautifully green for this time of year thanks to recent rainfalls, a few mountains still wear a light dusting of snow, the weather has been fabulous for exploring and the cuisine and hospitality have been worthy of their legendary Southern charm status that is reknown worldwide.

I have gathered so much new material for the magazine, and can’t wait to share it all with you!
